DS Lite pass/flash card

Hi its your Trinidad frind again.I know this is a bit off topic but my sis is flying in from NY soon and ive herd of the DS pass or flash card.This is a god send to me because games for the DS can cost up to $400.00TT in Trinidad.I want to know where i can tell my sis to look for it.Help me out guys.
