In MP3 I hurd you get Medals and such, does this go to like ur wii account or is it something that is just in the game. Cause i was thinking maybe MarioKart and GH3 will have Medals aswell? Like accomplishments for 360...?

No its just for the game. With it you can unlock extra content. You can also exchange them over the internetz with youre buddy's
