Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HELP!!!

Okay, everytime I play a mini-game in Monkey Ball: BB the game crashes and said the disk cannot be read. Any feedback? HELP!!!

I think I have the same problem except i've cleaned it like 10 times and replaced it so any help it's Red Steel
