Tiger Woods 08 - 576i only !!

I have purchased the component cable and selected to use 480p res in the wii main menu, has improved picture quality greatly.

Wii sports and mario olympics look much better, but when i loaded tiger woods 08 it changes to 576i res and looks awful. Text is very hard to read on screen. Running it on a 40" 1080p screen.

Why can't i get 480p in this game ?
Any help appreciated, thanks

Mine works fine. Game still looks like crap though. Love the game. Hate the graphics. I usually play 480i so I don't need to look at the jaggies.
