2nd Wiimote not shutting down...

Sometimes, when we have been playing a game which uses 2 wiimotes, the 2nd one doesn't always shut itself off for some reason.

I put the Wii into standby by pressing and holding the standby button on Wiimote 1, the Wii closes down and so does Wiimote 1, but sometimes the 2nd Wiimote stays "lit" and stays on all night.

Anyone else had this ?? Or is there a way to force the Wiimotes to hibernate ??

I normally take out like one battery.

I was considering this !

But if I start the Wii up again, then shut it down again, the chances are this time it will turn both Wiimotes off.

It can't be good tho, turning it on and off like that, and removing a battery every time seems a right pain.

I wonder if there is a hidden forced hibernate button combo...
