Nintendo shouldn't have to worry, the Wii is still selling like hotcakes and in demand.

even if wii sales taper out, they still should not worry, because if Microsoft lowered the price that much, they would have to be making some MAJOR cost cutting (or they would go bankrupt really fast) the Xbox 360 would be even worse then it is now because they would have to use old technology to keep the price of the 360 down.

maybe instead of switching to 65 nm chips, they will switch to 10 cm chips,

i doubt that they will cut the price so soon. theu just had a $50 price cut and that took over 2 years to get. im guessing that by late 2008 we will see the 360 at $200.
