the best on i have seen so far is sonys official playstation forum. Its actually pretty good and has quite a community.

There is the sister site to this one: www.ps3chat.com , but it's virtually dead in compared to this one. iOn runs that one too, so I'd expect you'd be familiar with the rules there.

most of the users there are non biased. and they have a ton of posts and users.
