back-up wii saved games??

How do I back up the saved games?
Is it possible to put the information on a SD card???
Cause i am going to sell my wii, but want to keep the saved games information.
Also, how would I store my mii's??

Saves on SD.
Miis on Wiimote.

Don't sell your Wii!

Some games can't go on SD, then get Power Saves Wii.
It can transfer ALL data to an SD card.
