Zelda Ocarina Of Time and Mario 64 are probably your best bets for good games to use Wii points on. StarFox64 is a good one as well.

Mario 64, Waverace 64, Pokemon Snap (if you like taking pictures), Super Mario World, Donkey Kong Country Series is good also.

If you haven't played Ocarine of Time definitely a good one.
