Blazing Angels Guadalcanal- Kobiasi Maru or is there a solution

Has anybody solved the landing the damaged plane at Hickam Field in the "Holding Guadalcanal" scenario?

Despite my best efforts there seems to be no way to get the plane on the ground up right anywhere near the field, cratered every time!

Use the upgraded Hurricane 11. it handles very well....

I've been playing BA on Xbox. I know you're Wii players, but this is the best BA blog I can find so far. I don't know how much wii's version differs from xbox's. The info I post pertains to xbox. The landing is pretty easy. Though the runway get pummled, I'm still able to make a good landing.
