Brand new System STUCK

less than 2 hours of play, I turned on the game for the second time and I can't get any further than the screen where the 2 discs are spinning.

Tried reset, turning off and waiting, turning back on, reinserting disc, re syncing remote different disc - not helping

if u r trying to say u cant play ur game then are u sure u have the disc the right way the label side goes to the right

If you tried it both ways you then could have a damaged machine. It should load up in a couple of seconds. Why do you say "stuck"? is the CD jammed in there? Explain please

Well if you had read through the manual you would have known which way to put the disc in. And if it's broken that's because of taking out and putting in a million times. Simply do the opposite of what you are doing now.

I mean there could be more wrong, like your Wii, the game etc. but I think you just need to turn the disc around.
