Controller help!!!

I have a black Neko controller that came with the wii (wireless). now for about a year after i have had the wii, out of the four red lights at the bottom of the control, only 2 of them are lit, and it is the bottom two. i tried changing batteries, re-syncing, held the sync button down for 15 seconds, mostly all of the obvious things found on the internet and manual. i just dont know what to do, the bottom two lights stay lit, and there is no cursor on the tv screen.

neko controllers don't come with wii as they are not made by Nintendo
but to solve your problem just take batters out when you are done playing
