Yes the 29th is initially for BestBuy. They might. No, call yourself.

If I have the URL correct http://ps3seeker.com/wii says dec. 31st is the next day. Maybe that's just for my area, but I thought they were all on the same says. I'm in the East Bay right now for reference.

Go to the BB website .ca or com doesn't matter and search up the Wii and it will say limited quantity on the 29th.
