Hello! New Wii man here!

Hello everyone! Kinda new to the Wii thing, but I play it more than my kids!
My biggest problem is hooking up to the internet! I have the wireless hooked up and everything, but when I try to connect to the internet I get the error 220602. Saying to agree to the user agreement. Then only problem is anytime I try to access the user agreement, it tries to connect to the internet first and gives me the same error message!! :yikes: Any help would be great!

well. if u have another friend with the wifi hook up, go to their house with ur wii and try setting up that way. i had to do that. then once u get set up it will work for ur house.
basically when u get ther(u probably already know this but, i go throught all steps)from the wii menu
1.select the wii option in the bottom left corner
2.select wii settings
3.either select the arrow or press the + symbol on your wiimote
4. click the internet tab
5. now connection settings
6.select one of the three connection tabs.
7. now wireless connection(make sure u have wifi on ur computer or at least someone to hit off of in ur area)
8.search for an access point
it should start searching
9.select ur wifi that u want to connect to, if thers a pass ull have to enter that
it will ask if u want to save these settings
10. select ok
"connection settings have been saved. choose ok to start a conection test"
11. ok
this may be wer u have the issue
im not sure. if so then it wont happen at ur friends house.
but if not
12. select update
then accept the thing that pops up
it will do its thing. and voi la
... hopefully lol
if it works thats great. u should add me to ur address book. i have no friends in mine. and im jsut utterly amused by the mail lol
