I have scratches on my New Wii-mote too. You have to look carefully for em so I dont care.

those are normal for the use of the buttons, when you push the buttons those "scratches" begin to develop, if you had the Gamecube Nintendo 64, Super Nintendo, Nintendo and even those other consoles you should know that this happens naturally, so don't worry about it
