Let me keep it short and simple; NO.
If it's not made for the Wii, you can't download it on the Wii.

Unless it's on a web site, and the games are flash-based, but I doubt that.

You cannot download anything on the Wii other than what is available within the Shopping Channel. Thats how it stands at the moment anyway.
