Jap Wii menu startup problem.

Hi! i have a problem, Yesterday night i hooked up my Wii(bought in Japan) to the internet and since it was really late i stopped halfway when the Wii was saving the settings. the next day i turned it on and after i pressed the 'A' button it turned to the Wii menu then straight after it went to another page and since it's Jap i can't read what the problem was. but i know it said to refer to the User Guide but its in Jap as well. Is it because i stopped halfway through when it was saving?

Please help me! Thank You in Advance.
