not sure how it works, how does a team work together? do they arrange a time to go online and hope theyll meet up somewhere?

It is not always random. If you want to make a team:
1) From your friends list, choose up to 3 online players for a single team.
2) Send the party/friend invites to the Goldeneyeners.
3) Wait for them to join.
4) That's it :thumbsup:
