malfunction remote

So has any one else had the speaker in their remote go out? Mine isnt totally out, but i think that its about to as the sound cuts in and out on it. Does anyone think i could get a replacement, like under warranty.

Mine went out once while playing exite truck but i thought nuthing of it

wierd my mouse thingy is broke on it ill be holding it still and it moves around but na my speaker is fine

Call Nintendo and see what they say; I've heard of them replacing Wiimotes for other reasons so I don't see why the wouldn't in your situation.
