I seen a Mii with blue pants earlier (Mario) and I tried to change the pant colors on my Mii's but they will only be red or black... how to I change the pant colors?

Black = Normal
Red = Favourite
Blue = Made by someone else
Gold = Hacked

how exactally do you hack? is it just modding? or is there a cheet of somesort?
