Minnesota Hockey vs. Everyone

I play for Minneapolis in Minnesota and I can say that the competition here is tough at least for the high school level. Our college team are pretty much beats too. I'm just wondering how competitive hockey is elsewhere in the world is in comparison w/ Minnesota. We kind of take the claim State of Hockey, but I've played with guys from Michigan too and they were pretty good. Just say where you play and why you think you're state is awesome. Thanks.

I am just outside of Detroit and hockey is huge. While I don't play, I know that there is some great local talent playing in the NHL. Go Redwings!
