How do I add peoples friend codes or what ever you do add them or something?

That depends. It differs in all Wi-Fi games, but if you want to add a Wii System Friend Code, just go and click your message icon on the Wii menu, click the "Create Message" icon in the left-hand bottom corner, click Address Book, click a blank entry line, and fill in the info from there.
