Does anyone know the name of a nes action game where the box art had 3 pipes with two men coming out of the 2 pipes closest to the left . The men are being held up by balloons . the box is black .

there's another game it could be possibly as well... let me clear my head and come back to it I guess. Search balloon though see if that comes up with anything.

Fav game in Animal Crossing on the GCN. Once i got that game in my house thats all i played
