No internet on my wii

I went to the shop ch to redownload sonic 3 and the ie ch. and it gives me this error 50020 That same thing happened to Mario strikers. Now i have not changed anything on my wii or my computer. abd i get on the net fine on my pc and my mac.
I did try the news ch but wont work ether
I think that is the code it gave me

That error code is not recognized on Nintendo's Support site. Can you verify it?

well it says to go the the err site but it may be somthing woth my pc. it's runing xp sp2 and i have never cleaned it so that may be it

Are you using a wireless router or the USB Connector?

turn your pc off then try to connect with your wii. if that works then its your pc, if not then i think you can safley say it's either your wii or the connection between your wii & router or modem

You are using the LAN adapter for the Wii? Meaning a wired connection, not wireless?
