PhotoShop - How to add an animated scene into a pic?

Im just wondering, i've been trying to add an animated scene into a pic. Like wiired did, you know where you add a 'movie' into a picture?

You can't do animate images in Photoshop, but you can in ImageReady which comes with Photoshop
