Is it possible to play with people on your Wii Friends list over the internet on your Wii? If so, what games?

Possibility but having them on your friends list would mean nothing. Also, you couldn't use a site that uses java which most sites where you are interacting with other humans do.

No, I mean like an official game, like playing Wii Sports, over a connection on your Wii, nothing do to with internet channel, like a Wi-Fi connection

As of right now there are no Wi-fi multiplayer games online.
