SD Card Won't Format! Help?

My SD Card's Screwed Up And It says I Have To Reformat It... I Put It In My Camera, It Says,"Memory Card Cannot be Used. Reformat Memory Card?"
I Click "Reformat"

Goes Back To,"Memory Card Cannot be Used. Reformat Memory Card?"

Over And Over Again!!!

So i Put It In My Computer SD Card Slot, Go To "My Computer" And Double Click On Disk Drive F... It Freezes... Ctrl+Alt+Del To Get It Off... I Go Back And RIGHT CLICK On Drive F... Freezes... Same Procedure As Last... Nothing Works!

Any Hints?

(Oh... The Wii Does Nothing About It... It Can't Read It... Nothing Else...)

Use a third party tool to do it. The allocation table is probably corrupted. You might even be able to retrieve the lost files.
