no its only for europe the vips but i dont know where you live if you dont have a vip account you cancreat what ever pasword and name i think

also it somtimes takes a while before you can send messeges to the user you addet

in europe we had to link the vip account with our wii account so maybe thats wats making it confusing ;s


just wait a lil bit longer if your wii is conected to inet it schuold work any minuut i gues ^^

i think if you visit wii shop you make a wii account
and when you first setup your wii you can name your wii thats somting difrent that doenst realy matter
