In order to have a mii in a parade, a person must send a Mii attached to a letter. (Or at least that's how mine is working, I'm positive of this now...The only ones showing up are ones attached in letters )

actually...no

Its just that the parade is not updated instantly by the server....
It takes time for all the miis to show up

not true I have got plenty from doing parades....the thing is if you already have all the ones thepeople are sharing they will not be in the parade.

when they parade you have to grab and drop them in send to mii plaza on left side of screen

also the bad news is if you want to send mii's in the plaza to freinds (its opn right side) you can only send 20 per day
