well then how do u send them to go to a parade?

on the mii option, get them to 'mingle'. and on the parade option , get them to travel.

you can only get them to show up on other people's (friend's) parade, not yours.

All my mii's i have created have the mingle on and my parade settings i allow to travel, i saw today two mii's in my parade and you can send them to your wii plaza but since that i haven't seen more.
