Added you Flamez, once u show up, ill send u some Mii's n a message. Ive got 85 Mii's in my parade now. Whooo-hooooooooo
 
You know the Mii Parade
Is it only the Mii's that mingle on there own go there?
As i recieved some from red went straight into my plaza.. Or is there some option i need to click.
 
As far as I know, Mii's in your parade are the ones set to mingle, thus coming from other people's Wii's. So the more people create and set to mingle, the more will appear on everyones Wii's.

1) Do I have to wait in certain screen for the register to happen?
2) Do I have to wait in the Parade screen for Mii's?

Nope Miis on parade come along on there own.. If you get SENT any they will go straight to your plaza... I think i sent you one , you should recieve soon

For names to register can take fair bit of time.. depending on Internet :p

Q1. From my experience, give it couple 5-10mins, if the other person has added you they should show up.
Q2. When sum1 sends you a Mii, it appears in your Mii plaza. The Mii's in you Mii Parade arrive silently, so u need to check you parade every now and then to see whos there. U can transfer Mii's form your parade to your plaza as well.
