Slenderizing Pixls

Please can someone tell me where to find the "slenderizing" pixls so i can try and pay back my 1 million rubees? It is driving me crazy

from ground floor, where you broke the $1mill vase, go up 1 level and to the left. flip into 3D mode and should be right there
