How do you get it and how much is it?

You get it by going into a shop and buying it.
It's normally about £15-20.

No, it's an actual game for the Gamecube, Xbox and PS2.

It's got:
Sonic 1
Sonic 2
Sonic 3
Sonic and Knuckles (plus the lock-on games)
Sonic 3D
Sonic Spinball
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
Flicky
Ristar

And there's some Game Gear games for the Xbox and PS2 versions.
