The time that it releases is currwently not known.

@MrMoney: It will most likely be a worldwide release....but due to timezones when it releases later today in NA it might already be the 12th in EU...

Give it some time buddy, It'll be out like Nintendo Promised. If it was delayed, they would of gave us some prior notice before today.
