Please help me,it's one in the morning,i've been trying to get asleep fot an hour now,and i can't,because my dad's snorning.And my mum is to tired to do anything to shut him up,please what should i do???

Make sure theres nothing on in your room (electric kinda keeps me awake)
Get some ear plugs
Make the room as dark as possible (my bedroom I pitch black even during the day)
