that means corrupt data, im pretty sure you can delete it but dont quote me on it

its been there for a long time but i never deleted it just in case it made my wii burn (lol)

I have the same, but didn't erase it just in case it produces some malfunction in the console...

i deleted mine and it still works so..maybe you should delete yours (if you want i'm not telliong you to delete it)
