Where is the sundries shop in karokiro?

i dont even know if i spelled the town name right..

well i got mail saying that they have this special item. i think its the "hawk eye". and im in this town and i cant find this shop. can anyone help me?

It's on the right as you go up the main street from the spring. Next to the hotel.
