Who has real life cars?

hey everyone,

i'm just curious to see how many of us have REAL cars that YOU own, i'm not after the younger generation posting pics of mercedes-Benz, R34 skylines e.t.c if they dont actualy own it.

heres mine :

1990 Nissan Pulsar ( sunny/primera/sentra)
1.8L GM engine 18LE ( its a bucket of poo, but reliable)
weight: 1050kg's
HP: 76KW from memory
drag time: never run it


future plans: nissan GTiR SR20DET conversion

Thats what it looks like

3 door, 4 seats, 1.3i engine.

nothing mind blowing, does do 0 - 30 in first gear, and 0 - 60 in about 15 seconds, which is 2 off what it says on the spec list

I'm 19 years old and I have a Green/Blue Toyota Corolla 1994. I have had her for almost 2 years and she is in perfect condition. Its not the spiffiest car in the world, but it is mine and it gets me from point A to point B. I redid somethings to it, but nothing major, just a new stereo and speakers. I paid for the car all by myself, $1,000, and no car payments! Woot!

i got a bill last night for some of my engine parts....


the grand total for modifications to my car at the moment stands at $17,000.

once everything is in and running it'll blow out to something like $25,000 - $30,000

Well I drive a 2003 Silverado.

Current Mods:

XM Satellite Radio adapter
NES Controller window sticky thing on my rear view mirror
Radar Detector

An honest "mod" for real, if you even want to consider it one, I personally wouldn't, is the dealership put Chevy Avalanche wheels on it because they were trying to sell it with 20"'s and since I'm no gangster, just a stuck up white boy who grew up in Harrah, Oklahoma, I worked out a deal with a guy buying an Avalanche and we had to dealership agree to swap the wheels around. I think the Avalanche wheels look nicer than any stock Silverado wheel.

Future Plans:

Continue last year of payments until it's paid off
New tires in about 10k more miles.
Change the oil (tomorrow)

I drive a 2005 Honda CR-V. Finished paying it off in December . Its a very reliable vehicle which is good since I'm a commuter that has to drive to a whole other county every weekday for classes and work. Was going to take pictures but found some that looks the exact same on the internet so i just pasted those.

Growing up I thought it would've been nice having parents that paid for this and bought me that, but now that I'm older (24) I appreciate them teaching me responsibility and the value of personal achievement. I take great pride in the things I own (don't misread, I'm not materialistic) and the things I've been able to do for myself. It's amazing how far hard work and responsibility can take you.
