Wi-Fi adapter

I just bought my Wii yesterday and would like to get on the internet. I noticed there is no space on the back of the wii for a RJ-45 adapter. That's a bummer because I was hoping to hardwire my wii to my lan.

I've seen the official Wii wireless adapter but was wondering if I can use just a generic usb wireless internet adapter because I have one lying around.:ihih: TIA

well if you still wanted to have a wired net connection you can.

there is a usb to lan adapter available for the wii...

it may not be released yet, depending on where you live, but there#s always ebay anyway :arf:
