wii and my 61''

hey i was woundering i'm getting my wii soon the next shipment comes to toronto and i got a 61" tv and ppl are telling me the righting will be hard to read is that true and another thing what would be better the commonet cables would they make a diffrence from the starndered

Component cables will make a huge difference.

Use "Widescreen" mode on the Wii, and set your TV to "Full" or "Wide" (linear horizontal stretching), and the text will be fine.

It's 480p, that's the same resolution of DVDs.

It should be no problem if you have component cables. Still quite pretty. I also have a 61" HDTV. It should be no problem
