i think,every Nintendo wii controllers can work on the new version wii u.....

It is like a dsi xl and even when u shut the tv off u can still play on the controller

It would be cool if you could use wii mote and numbchuck on the new console. Then I could get Goldeneye Reloaded and dominate on that version since I wouldn't have to get used to a new control method. We'll see...

I'm 99% sure the WiiU allows use of the Wiimote & Nunchuck. Otherwise, half of the great games on the Wii wouldn't be playable. Wouldn't be any point in backwards compatibility if it ain't complete, so I doubt Ninty would be stupid enough to exclude Nunchuck usability.
