  • But according to the original plot gohan was the strongest, then they changed it cause the fans complained...
Why not add him to the ignore list? By the way assuming you read this, goten still isn't as cool as gohan.
Marth is also a difficlt character... honestly he's all about edge guarding and mind games, you can use whatever character you want, but no matter who you use, you should start by finding someone you can try to mimic, a proffessional player that you can base your style off of, after you've got most of what they do down experiment for yourself, go on training and just knock the dummy around, look at how far each attack sends them at different damages, look at how high the damage meter needs to be before it kills, see if you can pursue the enemy after a hit, that way this can lead to combos.
There are far to many ike players... he's nice and all, but honestly he doesn't take much skill, only a little more than meta knight really, his streangth makes him seem like you're better with him than you are... most people make this mistake early on, number of ko's and wins mean nothing in terms of skill, how long you can hold your own in close combat or keep others at bay with ranged combat is a better way of judging skill.
The thing is there is no, "training" really, you can show someone moves, but you can find thos online, ultimatly the things that count the most is spacing, knowing the exact range of your attacks and keeping them at the end of that limit, and predicting your opponents movements, usually I'm good at both those things, but unprictability on your opponents part is important, you have to remain unpredictable as well.
Link is easy ti gimp, meaning if you get knocked off by an experienced player you're screwed.
And link is a complicated character, he's hard to learn hard to use, and in general isn't a good character.
Okay, before you come to me with questions of training, you should look up advanced techniques for brawl, learn some of them than ask me about character specifics for pikachu, and combo ideas, sound good? you should also keep Boxing King in mind, he's a pro pikachu player, look at what he does, find techniques on the internet, than get back to me. Sound good?
