Hey mate, just read about your Brawl problem.
I have the same problem, because I'm in Egypt. You won't be able to play online matches with strangers in the game because it searches by region.
To be able to play with people, go to youtube and write Brawl friend codes in the search, you'll find a ton of people posting their FCs so that we all can play, I suggest you add the guys who posted the newest messages, that way you know they're still interested in the game.
If you're interested in having a game (and you're net connection is good), send me a PM with your FC and Nickname!
