After Chapter 3 - finding Chapter 4

I cant find the heart recepticle. I found the 5 posts, but some of them are down and i can't get the up into the correct order. Am I missing something?

They need to match the pattern found nearby in 3D. At least that is what I remember. Also I recall the pattern was every other one. If a pillar is down, thump it again to bring it up. :?
