Black Ops Target Practice

Is there anyway to play against AI opponents in Black Ops within Multiplayer? I don't want to buy unless I'm able to practice for Wi-Fi play. Otherwise I be blown to hell every five seconds.

Yes, there is something called combat training. You just play agents ai enemy.
