I'm looking for a Component cable that will allow me to take advantage of both my HDTV and my surround sound receiver. Every cable I've looked at has everything combined; I'd like cables that are split. My TV is about 4 feet away from my receiver. I'd like to be able to plug the Video components into my TV and the Audio components into my receiver. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Could someone recommend a brand of cable that will solve this problem.
Thanks for your assistance

Does your TV have Audio outputs?

Mine has some to connect an external amp, so I plugged the Wii into the TV (in my case with RGB Scart which carries audio as well) and then took a twin phono from the TV's audio out into my AV amp

Thanks for the replys. I got the adapter and extention cables last night. Everythings hooked up and I'm good to go.
