Erased Zelda

I have gotten about 3/4 of the way through Zelda and the reset button was pushed on the Nintendo Wii. It erased my game. I have a memory card and was wondering if there is anyway to get my game back without having to start all over.

If anyone has any help I would really appreciate it.

Thanks to all that responded. I had just beat the ice section when it was deleted. Guess I will start over. Sorry if I posted in the wrong forum ie should have been Zelda. I am new at this.
