Fox has been confirmed that he is going to be in Brawl. It was confirmed on November 3rd.

Ya theres a gameplay video that confirmed it. The vid is crazy, the game overall looks slowed down, and rolling dodges are crazy fast. Lagtime after attacks seems to havelessened aswell.

lolz yeah! He was my favorite character for a while, mostly because with everyone else I would use cheap tactics like constanly fire missles with samus while everyone else are actually geting KO's.
