Guitar Hero - fixed yet?

Have Activision fixed the glaring Guitar Hero bug of monochrome sound?

I absolutely refuse to believe that Act. didn't know of this bug before it was released.

Btw it's mono sound. Monochrome = single color. I just got the exchange mailer this week and mailed out my disc. The exchange form said it'll take ~4 weeks. sigh.

first they screw us out of surround sound

then they screw us out of dlc

and now we're being forced to give up our game for a month just so they can correct their own mistake

I know they are replacing the old discs, but I want to know if the new version of the game is already for sale... I mean, if I buy the game, will it have the problem fixed?

i hope they at least added some of the free downloadable tracks that you can get on the other two systems like the boss battles and we three kings whatever other free stuff they have on the other ones. or at least a free pack.

I really wish I could play the song where you battle with Lou.... I love that song and it's a pity that I have to actually do the stupid " battle" thing.
