Which do you think was better Halo 1 or Halo 2?

Halo 1 is a pretty good pc game

I didn't think the campaign in Halo 2 was all that bad, it just had a bad ending and was on the short side.

But nothing beats the original for me.

halo 1 played online VIA Xbox Connect. that was the best. i remember that the clan i was in was one of the more popular ones on the XBC forums even though we never had more than 7 members. halo2's online sucks compared to Halo1 played online over Xbox Connect

they are both good in different ways lol...but if i HAD to say, i would say Halo 2 (even though i don't have xbox live. i liked the campaign)

That's a hard one to answer... Halo 2 because of its great gameplay and imersive multiplayer/online quality.
